The grapes are grown on the hills of Dindori Sula vineyards in Nashik, and ripen through a year on new oak barrels. A full-bodied wine with flavors that excite the palate. A powerful, intense wine, with smooth tannins and flavors of dark berries, vanilla, sweetness, spices with a long and good aftertaste.

Dindori Shiraz Reserve goes well with tandoori and grilled meat, preferably spicy lamb or chicken. This wine is a sure winner along with cheeses and can of course also be enjoyed without food as a side dish.

The grapes are hand-picked at Sula vineyards in Nashik. Chenin Blanc Reserve has wonderful flavors of tropical fruits such as ripe bananas and honeydew melon, nutty aroma and and a really fresh finish with a faint hint of oak.

Chenin Blanc Reserve is a fantastic wine that can be matched with light barbecue foods such as fish and chicken tikka, creamy vegetable curries, all spicy foods, Indian curry and tandoori dishes, lively salads and can also be drunk alone.

The wine has a coral pink hue with aromas of peach, passion fruit and red berries. It is well balanced with good acidity.

The bottle is covered with a paisley pattern in tropical colors. Paisley symbolizes life and eternity - and has been interpreted and adopted as an important part of the different cultures of India - from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.

Brut Tropicale is suitable for street food, spicy food, curry and tandoori dishes and fresh salads. The bubbles are also enjoyed without food, as an aperitif in a good layer.

Medium Deep red, round and characterized by dark berries, spicy, hints of vanilla, coffee - cream and mocha.

Good and round in taste, where the alcohol is well integrated into the wine. A little herbal touch and pepper touch. Best drunk young. Recommended for tandoori and curry dishes.

SULA RASA Cabernet sauvignon is Dark Red in colour. A clean, elegant expression of the grape with notes of Dark and Red fruit, and a hint of Spice and Tobacco, the wine, made of hand-harvested Grapes, came across full-bodied and balanced in the tasting, with unusually Mellow, rounded tannins for a Cabernet – a surprise to the panellists, who gave it their nod of approval.

TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Amber Gold

Nose: Orange Peel, Fruit Forward, Vanilla, Nuts like Walnuts, Apricots, Toasted Almonds... ending towards peaty and smokiness with hints of spices.

Palate: Rich Mouth feel and really smooth, Complex, Oak Wood, Fruits like prunes. Chocolate and nuttiness, ends with Spices like cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon and has a lingering taste.

Finish: Medium+ and smooth finish with a little touch of spices that lingers on the palate.
